Thank you for treating me so well. I'll visit again.

We were pampered from the amuse-bouche to dessert. I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reason: the chef tried too hard. His cuisine is very technical, and the presentation is magnificent. The only problem is that too much effort and complexity detract from the enjoyment of the food. Arctic char, a fish with delicate flesh, doesn't stand up to an overpowering ingredient. The citrus sauce, however, doesn't suit it. It's too strong and throws off the balance of flavors. Chef, simplify your cooking, and you'll be at the top!

The place is warm and intimate, and you immediately feel at home. The dishes are prepared with love, showcasing fresh, seasonal produce. Special mention goes to the chef, who makes all his pastries and desserts himself, with an original twist: incorporating a seasonal vegetable into one of his desserts. We tasted a surprising, creative, and delicious rice pudding with coconut cream and cauliflower! We were there with a couple of friends, one of whom is a former chef turned butcher, and they were just as impressed by the quality and skill of the dishes. We even stayed until closing time to chat with the passionate owners of this unique place. Two people who love their work, and it shows as much in the food as in the welcome. I give it a 100% thumbs up!
