Cozy and quiet is a very pleasant place. dining room, polishing service, without eccentricities, soft music no noisy and no televisine, so we get rid of the occurrences of our beloved rulers. We ate well: salad, raw goat cheese curls and pepper with jam. peppers and bowls. After dessert, an intestine and a crispy with forest fruits or something. caf, beer, two cokes and two cups of red, total =38 taking into account the quantity, quality, polishing of the site, service, etc. according to. we are not britonic and ate very well and especially for drop. I'm saying it for some comment. We'll repeat it.

We ate at El Almendro today, we were a table of 4 and we all enjoyed the Sunday Lunch Menu. We were warmly welcomed and directed to our table which was opposite the open fire, a great position. Our drinks order was taken, I asked what white wine was available for we were offered two options and the opportunity to try the Sauvignon Blanc before deciding. The wine was a great choice and we certainly enjoyed it with our meal. We were given the menu to choose from and this was done in a timely manner. We were served a selection of delicious toppings on crusty bread, pre starter. Our starters were served two goats cheese salad, which was served with fresh salad, one homemade pate, which was absolutely delicious and accompanied by a tasty chutney and one deep fried camembert, which my husband really enjoyed. Our main courses were served after a very welcome and appropriate pause. Two roast beef, which was so tasty, one goat and one fish. The main course came with a dish of fresh vegetables and some delicious mash and roast potatoes. A further pause, pre dessert and time to rest after two very tasty courses. Two Apple crumbles and two lemon tart completed our first experience of Sunday lunch at this hidden gem in the countryside. Stunning location, friendly staff, good home cooked food and certainly will be back. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
