Contribute Feedback What Alex doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
drive through staff is a joke %90 of the time they’ll tell you they don’t do something just because they’re too lazy to learn how to do it properly the customer service is non existent after the morning staff leaves View all feedback.
Nice when the turkey bacon club comes with no bacon and inedible lettuce. Turkey just plopped in the middle with the mayo smeared on it.Not that hard to construct a proper sandwich.
The slowest drive thrue ever . Turn off my vehicle routinely and wait.No
The wait time is unbelievable and some staff members are really rude. Not only they can’t communicate professionally, but they think it’s ok to talk about the customers behind their back.
I stopped going to tims a long time ago, but the fudge brownie iced latte intrigued me. in drive thru i ordered a large fudge brownie iced latte MADE w chocolate milk n some cookies. first there's a hold up at the window w the car in front of me. then i get there n they're asking for an order that isn't mine. i repeat what i ordered SEVERAL clear times, im just given confused looks while they look at their order screen. then they figure it out and pull over my cookies, a medium iced latte and a carton of chocolate milk.... not what i ordered. i repeat my order AGAIN, probably three more times before they finally get it together and i pay. then im handed a drink w someone's HAIR (follicle and all) on the cup. do better. totally reminded me why i stopped giving y'all my money.
If you have a sign on the door stating you're only open until 7 due to the stat, and a customer walks up to the door at 645 with all the lights on and an employee inside. You wouldn't expect to find the door locked. This is precisely what happened. I wouldn't be posting this too if the employee hadn't ignored my presence when I tapped on the window and rattled the door. When I did finally get his attention he just pointed to his left. I thought this meant that there was another door or to go through the drive through. Nope. No idea what he pointed at yet. Maybe he was pointing to A&W trying to tell me to go there instead and save my time. That or he pointed to the sign that said they were open for another 15 minutes.I wouldn't even have cared if he'd come to the door and said something like they closed earlier to let some employees go home early. Instead he gets this review which I hope management sees. For future reference, when you are being paid as an employee to run a business until close and you close early... come talk to the customer trying to get in. Or turn the lights off. Don't just stand there looking at me as if I'm the problem for trying to get into a business that's supposed to be open. It's a Tim's, my expectations were low but that was just rude and probable time theft likely borne out of laziness and a lack of supervision. That kid isn't going far if that's his work ethic. It's silly I'm even posting this but itreally rubbed me the wrong way
