What a amazing experience it was to have brunch at Wit Wisdom, 2 weeks ago on Sunday. The ambiance was beautiful and it’s was my brother’s 50th birthday celebration. We sat outside with sun falling on our plates. It was a 3 course meal with choiceof Salads/ Crab dip and few other things. The main course had Salmon/ Burgers/ French Toast and few other options. The last wasdessert but not the least yummy cheesecake/ chocolate mousse and lemon tart! The food was delicious ???? It’s a must go placewith family and friends! Ciao from Pc’s diary ????
We ate here our first night in Sonoma. I absolutely loved this experience. Our server, Shelly was phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable about the food the wine. The salmon I had was delectable. The wine was also outstanding. The dessert was such afun treat. Definitely would recommend!
We kinda regret that we went there... Survive wasn't great. We ordered a couple of drinks and we got “Night at the tavern tasting menu” oyster was okay they even didn't bring oyster forks... Definitely strawberry sauce was unnecessary. Then theybrought Peach Salad, Pasta, and Duck wing The salad was pretty good but they shouldn’t bring cold food and warm food at thesame time… Main was Salmon and Steak nothing special… Warm olives were tasty tho. We’ll come back for a drink andsnacks:
Found our new favorite restaurant in Sonoma. Wit and Wisdom hit every mark with a score of 10. Atmosphere, Cocktail's, Food and Presentation. But the top score (which I would give a 10 , goes to our server Myra. From the minute she greeted our tablewith her beautiful smile, we knew we were in for an extraordinary evening we immediately felt like family and long timereturning guest, even though it was our first experience there. Myra’s knowledge of the menu, wines and cocktails was superband all of her suggestions were winners, right down to the finale, exquisite dessert. I highly recommend the experience at Witand Wisdom and don’t forget, when you make your reservation to ask for Myra’s station.
The atmosphere of the restaurant and the adjacent lodge hotel is wonderful, but the food leaves much to be desired. The roasted chicken was dry and overly salty, while the salmon was also dry. Given the high prices, I expected better quality food. On the positive side, the ambiance and seating are very nice, and the presentation of the dishes is quite elegant.
