Had a delicious dinner at Shige. The menu includes items you’re less likely to see in many Japanese restaurants in the US (including takoyaki, assorted pickles, yellowtail collar, etc. . The Gyoza was nicely grilled, with some pleasant char marks that added a nice flavor.
