Second time here. The service is always top notch, clean and the cheeseburger's custard ice cream is oh so delicious! ?Parking: Free parking garage if you stay under 3 hours.

I like to eat here a lot but unfortunately i always order the same orderBecause all other sandwiches contains gluten and beaconI really wish if you guys can have an option for people who have allergies from gluten and porkThe fries was very dry and you can taste the oilThe music is boring and table wasn’t clean

Will truly never step foot in here or order from here again. How is it I live less than 10 minutes from this location and the cheese fries I ordered have hard, dried cheese? I can’t even get a fry out. It’s like they gave me fries made over an hour ago. My order was “prepared” and delivered quickly and yet everything tastes old and gross. They constantly ignore what’s written ON THE BAG for the order. I just want my side of Shack Sauce, I don’t feel like it’s a difficult thing to do. Put the sauce in the bag. Why even ask me what I want for the order if you ignore it? To pay nearly $9 for a burger that is missing sauce, is sloppily made and tastes disgusting is so irritating. I end up wanting my money back every time. I’m furious I paid money to be forced to eat this garbage. Shake Shack used to be awesome. It’s a complete joke now. This location in is particular is bad. I get a better burger from McDonald’s these days.

I've been about 5 times in the last few months and every time they mess up my order. I have a complicated order because of my dietary restrictions but I try to be as clear as possible to the cashier. I don't know if the cashier is not putting in my order right or if the cooks are not reading the order right but literally every time I've been, I've had to have them remake the burger. I like the food, so it's a shame the service is so bad. Also the GF bun cannot be ordered from the self service kiosks which makes no sense.

First time to Shake Shack and I have to say I am impressed! The cheeseburgers ice cream are sooooooo good! The staff and service is on point! Ema was on top of his game and really made our first time a great experience. We can’t wait to come back.
