A highly popular restaurant bar where 2 or 3 dishes are enough for one person if you’re hungry. The menu is amazing and you really can't go wrong with anything, I've never been disappointed. On the drinks side, they offer a great selection of craft beers, cocktails, and wines. They have you covered. The service is personal and efficient. Highly recommend.

Sarma offers a unique dining experience with intense flavors, beautiful presentations, and substantial portions. The Black Sea Cornbread was a delicious and unforgettable dish that I highly recommend leaving to the experts. The Brisket Shawarma, presented like tacos, was a standout favorite and possibly the best dish of the evening. The Persian Salmon also impressed with its strong flavors and ingredients. The mocktail selection was good, especially the powerful grapefruit version with plenty of ice. I look forward to returning to try different dishes at Sarma, a dining destination that could potentially rival Lala Rokh.

During my weekend visit to Somerville, I had a fantastic dining experience at SARMA. Two friendly gentlemen warmly welcomed me and seated me in a beautifully decorated corner of the restaurant. The attentive server and staff ensured that my meal, dessert, salad, and drinks were all delicious. A big shoutout to the chef and her wonderful team, especially Chadd, who made me feel so welcome. SARMA is truly an exceptional dining establishment!

The restaurant serves beautifully presented Middle Eastern tapas in a nice ambiance. I highly recommend making reservations as they are always busy. They do accept walk-ins for the bar and table seating, but be prepared for a wait. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and the food is consistently delicious. While it may be a bit pricey, the complex flavors make it worth it.

Situated in Cambridge, this restaurant is conveniently located for those coming from Burlington or Boston. Despite being bustling on a Tuesday night, we were able to secure seats at the bar. While most tables require reservations, they do keep some high tables available for walk-ins, and the bar operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. The atmosphere inside is lively and loud, but it offers a unique view of the chefs at work. The service was quick and friendly, with our server being helpful and pleasant. The menu features Middle Eastern tapas-style dishes, and the ones we tried were all delicious. The Avocado Muhummara with warm gyro bread was a standout, with the bread seasoned perfectly with Lebanese za'atar. The Black Sea cornbread was interesting, with a slightly mushy texture and a salty kick from the feta cheese. The Sugar snaps were a refreshing option, with crispy snap peas and crunchy fried quinoa. The Zucchini fritters were a bit underwhelming, being somewhat soggy inside. The Brussels sprouts bravas, on the other hand, were tasty and well-seasoned, with a delicious aioli. For dessert, the frozen yogurt with havla caramel was a perfect way to end the meal, with the addition of sea salt, olive oil, and caramel enhancing the flavors. Overall, a great dining experience with a unique Middle Eastern twist.
