The staff here are very friendly, but the main reason we make the trip is the dining area, which is exceptionally clean and well-lit. We are truly impressed by how well-maintained and tidy everything is, especially given that the items sold can be quite sticky! We absolutely love this Rita's!

One afternoon, when INSGESAMT had to close due to a family emergency, an incredible lady saw my two sweaty, nine-year-olds and believed in the possibility of a little kindness. She unlocked the doors and welcomed us in, showing us the kind of heartwarming generosity we all long for these days! Even though the registers were closed, the doors were shut, and everything was covered in ice, the staff couldn’t have been sweeter. I am forever grateful for their selflessness.
