Boneless wings are rocks, my beef nac... read more We normally love our Applebees. Lately they have tanked. We do car side. Car side service is great. Food prep is downhill. Boneless wings are rocks, my beef nachos were so spicy. Tasted like they dumped jap juice all over them. Was not edible, wonton tacos were ok. Pub pretzels were the best of this meal. I arrived and car side young lady came out in about 30 seconds. Very friendly. Said my order was just about done. No problem. I live 3 minutes from our Applebees. When I got home, everything was COLD. Except the pretzels. They were warm. Not hot. So very dissatisfied. I do understand a drop in temp but COLD. Not acceptable. We r at least 1-2 times a week patrons. Will not be going back any time soon. Please fix. Thank you.
