The first time, we waited more than 30 minutes in front of our empty plates before someone from the kitchen finally came to take our dessert order (the people in the dining room had disappeared)... The second time, same. We had reservations at 12 p.m., we had appetizers, starters and main courses. At 2 p.m., we were still waiting in front of our empty plates. An intern came to clear our plates but didn't take our dessert order so we left. There was a table of 8 next to us, they waited over 30 minutes to get their appetizers... Another table of 13/14 people had reserved a single dish for an event more than 4 weeks ago but they were forgotten so the kitchen was delayed... It's a real shame because the food is really good, the dishes are excellent but there is really a management problem... On the other hand, it was rather cold in the room, a few degrees more would not have been a luxury...
