We decided to drop by because my wife's grandmother's name is Ingeborg. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious chocolates and assorted candies. I brought my children here for a treat, but we received no attention from the staff. When I asked for assistance, they simply walked away. It was only when another family arrived and received a warm welcome and excellent customer service that I realized we were being ignored. It seems that if you are not the right skin color, you may not receive the same level of service. View all feedback.
