The menu choi... read more We went to lunch and decided to try this Italian restaurant. We took a table in the outside seating area, which was very pleasant and comfortable. The menu choices were mainly pizzas, but we chose the asparagus Ravioli and the Carpaccio, both delicious. The lady waiting for us was very friendly and helpful. A delicious lunch.

I... read more No real Italian cook should produce this kind of food. I ordered a green salad, pizza and pommes. The salad was literally about 4 leaves with a vinaiigrette. I couldn't pay $7.50 for this, so I asked her to return it. A whole salad costs 1.50CHF and you have the possibility to calculate 7.50 for 4 leaves? The pizza was not the usual Italian standard size. It was a little (as you can see from the pictures) and was quite wet. It cost 19.00 Chf. The pommes were a small part and the quality you would get from an avg kebab shop. I do not recommend getting the green salad at all! and just note the size of the pizza and that it is NOT Italian standard (I am Italian). I can't be for the other things on the menu, but the first impression holds and I won't return to Locando.

I could not pay 7.50 CHF/USD for that so I asked them to return it. An entire lettuce cost 1.50CHF and they have the audacity to charge 7.50 for 4 leaves?The pizza was not the ordinary Italian standard size. It was a small (as you can see from the pictures) and was quite wet. It cost 19.00 Chf. The fries was a small portion and the quality you would get from an avg kebab shop. I don't recommend getting the green salad at all! and just be aware of the size of the pizza and that it is NOT Italian standard (I am Italian). I can't vouch for the other things on the menu but first impression is lasting and I will not be returning to Locando.
