My greetings from them were very welcoming, and the aroma of flammekeuken is really appetising! The interior is spotless and clean, and the toilet is also very clean. The atmosphere is relaxed and cool, a great selection of toppings are available and there is 2 sizes of flammekeuken, half and full size. The taste and crispy base is delicious, the toppings are freshly prepared and I highly recommend eating here. You will note that there are artists pictures and photography displayed throughout the restaurant, Stefan tells me that they like to support local artists, which is a great idea. An excellent place, go check it out

Four of us were visiting the Saturday morning market in Solothurn, a very pretty, historic town, and then went for a stroll and came across this small restauran... read more Four of us were visiting the Saturday morning market in Solothurn, a very pretty, historic town, and then went for a stroll and came across this small restaurant which had some outdoor shady seating which we preferred on this warm day. The menu listed a huge selection of Flammkuchen and Crepes. We ordered two different large Flammkuchen which we shared. They were excellent. Service was outstanding and very friendly. I can highly recommend this place for small meals.

Great value for money, their seasonal specialty truffle salad was a great start but the flammkuchen truly stole the show. The dough was thin as paper and fully packed with sour cream, amazing ham and lots of onions. And their list of flammkuchen is endless, must be a great place to visit with a big group and share the different varieties.
