I ordered a 12-inch "The Boss" online, but they sent me a 6-inch instead. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with them; their service is consistently poor, and they're likely to get your order wrong. I had hoped that after not visiting this location for a couple of years, improvements would have been made, but I was sadly mistaken.
They never open online ordering till 11 am today 6/21/22 they losty office party order of 350.00 we went with Penn station they opened their website. I will be calling corporate next
Every time I go to this Subway, I always see the same employee, so I assume he must be the owner. He tends to be quite stingy with the toppings. When I request additional onions, he only grabs about three pieces, and no matter how many times I ask, he hardly adds more. His unwillingness to provide extra toppings has made my visits disappointing. Although this Subway is conveniently located on my way to work, I don’t think I’ll be back, as I consistently leave feeling unsatisfied.
The restaurant closed at 8 PM, but they locked the doors at 7:45 PM while there were still people inside placing orders. Everyone just stared at me when I arrived.
