It took 15 minutes for them to serve me my loaded 5 layer burrito, but it was one of the best burritos I've ever had at Taco Bell. It was much larger and more filling than anything I've had there before. Overall, the location is good and the restaurant is halfway clean. The service can be slow, as mentioned in other reviews. On my second day, I ordered two more delicious 5 layer burritos and a water for $3.18. They were the best burritos I've had at any Taco Bell, and they even gave me three cookies because my order took a little longer. I'm changing my rating from 3 to 4, despite the restaurant being a bit dirty.

First, the lids were not on the gravy nor the cole slaw, so I had a slight mess, when I got back to work. Second and most important, I had no plastic ware or utensils nor did I have any napkins. When I went up into the store to pick up my online order, I went to the counter to ask a question as I was hit with no orders at the counter, drive thru only Needless to say that this younger generation with their lack of decorum, common decency, respect and unacceptable customer service. KFC hires anyone with a pulse and half of a mind it seams.

I never complain but when I was putting mashed potatoes they weren't even ready there was powder on them. The chicken was hard, stale, and so small. It tasted old. Overall a terrible experience.

Received 3 pcs of chicken, no biscuit and fries instead of mashed potatoes. What is the most ridiculous thing is there was a sticker on the box with my whole order listed it on it correctly. If you guys don't want to do your job, then just don't do it. I called up to the store and some girl tell me not to be upset about the order being wrong and to come back up there and they will remake it. That show's me she wasn't even paying attention, I ordered it on Uber eats, if I was able to leave work I would have been in the drive through the first time, and I always check it before leaving especially there. They are always the works KFC/TACO BELL in the area. They need to close this one down or get some management that actually cares about the product they are putting out.
