They are closed but they do not remove the open indication. You ring the doorbell and they answer you in bad manners and with a dog barking in your face to tell you that it is closed until February and literally slams the door in your face. Better pass by and bring your food. Mallorca deserves better than presumptuousness.
An excellent place to stop with great views over Soller for refreshment. Amazing lemonade, orange juice and home backed pastries. .
We visited here in 2014 whilst we were on a walking holiday and loved it so much we decided to go find it again this July whilst staying in Soller. Everything on the website showed open 9-5 daily. So we put on our walking shoes and hats to protect us from the heat of the sun and off we went on a 53 minute (half of it uphill) walk to find it. On arrival it was completely closed and showed no signs that it had been open in a while as there were no tables out like there was the last time we visited. So disappointed cross that they couldn’t have at least updated the website to show that they were closed! Least to say we were not happy!
For many years ?I have admired this beautiful Finca but I did not realise that a hidden gem of a cafe serving the most delicious home made food is open there during the day. Just as we arrived there was a light shower and we were invited inside to a beautifully preserved original Mallorcian interior, it was a truly charming experience. The ladies are extremely friendly and welcoming we had lemon meringue pie and vanilla custard tart both perfect. It's getting harder to find places here that have a such a genuine atmosphere and the view is lovely so well worth the visit we will definately visit again.
