Great food, service and atmosphere. The waitress (Lea) took interest in me being from America and was polite in asking if she could ask me a few questions. This made the experience delightful.
No operation on the sunny terrace, although the waitresses served other tables, gleiochwol with their people. It seems more profitable to consolidate larger groups and not individuals because more turnover. It also feels an eternity until one of the ladies can look out, someone could have shifted. Don't you like it? Years ago, I have no positive memories of this place. Never again.
Reviews for the breakfast buffet! we always like to eat here because it tastes very cozy and simply super. the courts are in the rule kreatiw and change from time to time. because of the good experience we were here today for breakfast. for 9,80 € per person you can breakfast buffet on Saturdays from 8 to 15 o'clock. next to the buffet offer there are also normal breakfast menus or individual components. we chose the buffet and came due to the positive visit and the price with great expectations. the buffet consists of various components. among other things there is a warm bar where eggs, eggs, speck, sausages and bratkartoffeln are obtained. they will find normal rolling, a granular version, broth, finished waffeln, a few flocks, a lot of cheese, a bit sausage, tomatenmozzarella and lachs. then cups like butter, mussels and jams, as well as a small obstsalat and small yogurt cup. it is possible to use milk, orange and apple juice. additional drinks are exclusive, as in other restaurants. unfortunately we were a little disappointed. what we noticed: no truthahnwurst, no fresh cheese, no croissants, little fruit selection, no salad, no loose natural yogurt. hardly interesting desserts (not even chocolate mousses or the like) or (because the buffet goes up to 3 pm specials. the dishes for müsli were too small, only souffled had them. the glasses were actually too high for the potting station and could therefore be spilled only half to nothing. the buffet itself was not bad, but nothing special or excellent. there were a few things and really creative things, as they know them from normal, they were looking for forgiveness. we're safe again, but not to the breakfast. we have seen better annots somewhere with flame cake, pudding and co.
On the occasion of our annual Christmas dinner with the working group we visited the heat-free in Solingen, which is apparently a real institution. Everybody knows. We were about 30 guests and sat on the back of the restaurant where the big bar is. The ambience did not really tell me it looks very crowded (also the entrance area and apparently the main restaurant area and for me the decoration etc. is overloaded. Due to the high number of people, we should select our food from the entire menu one week in advance and send it to the restaurant after list. Most chose an appetizer and a main dish. Well, I thought if you already offer it, they will be able to bring all foods to the table at the same time and without mistakes, despite the wide range. The appetizers came fast and tasted everything. There were always about 4 main dishes at the same time, sometimes there were also 5 minutes breaks between the next delivery. Unfortunately we couldn't all eat together when the last one got the food, the first were ready, very bad. What has upset me very much: first it was asked how we wanted to ride our burgers and steaks. But when it was served, there were no talks about various cooktops. A colleague has her burger ENGLISH! although she had ordered him. (When she shared this and the burger went back to the kitchen, only the patty was fried a bit, it came to her medium, the Burgerpatty cut! You didn't even try to make a new piece. Their pommes were simply fried again and came to their fat burning. No! The burger of someone else was completely through although he wanted it medium with others the same game with steaks. If you ask, the cooking point should also be met! I had ordered a fillet steak with Mediterranean vegetables, medium rare. My court was completely forgotten. But the waitress made it good again by her kindness and the offer for a drink on the house. My steak came when everyone was ready to eat (how does it take 15 minutes until a steak is fried when the guest is already waiting for his food? And how did it happen? fried English. Hello, sweetie. If you cannot meet the difference between medium and English, you should not accept this wish. I would've been happy with the middle-dated. The Mediterranean vegetables were boiled completely soft and had a strange taste. My appetite was gone, I read the steak and ate it again the next day at the salad. However, the quality of the meat was very good, there is nothing to complain. Overall, there is no good impression of heat-free. There were several reviews and mistakes in our society. Two guests could only eat when everyone was done, then the unsurpassed cooking places... that there was no digestive case or so on the house offered me very surprised. It would have been more satisfactory for everyone if we had a small map to choose from. The very friendly and coveted waiters pulled out that I didn't go home completely disappointed. Still a pity!
