we were in several pizza-express restaurants, this was the first in solihull and the last to wait for a long time when my men came pizza, it was the wrong one, he held it because we had already waited how my old was sloppy...and had to go back to the many, it was sill not great, I had asked for a new one, but then I could not really ask the bill again, no customers. I always get disappointed by Pizza ExpressPrice is fairly high and the quality of the food isn't the best out there.
A fab branch of pizza express which is located inside the Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull.
I took my daughter out of collage and asked her where she wanted to go, she replied lets do pizza express unfortunately has deteriorated the standard of customer service in this facility. I'm already dozens of paints here, but now it seems. to have gone into the pan. the manager should understand that if his personal is not trained to be on the ball and awake, then his will will lose customers. it seems literally as if the workers are in the nightsister or in another form of medicaments. I am also sure that if it were their own restaurant and should raise their game. I am so disappointed that this restaurant has taken a dive, and it is only so that they can recover is that they give more smiles and attention. it was literally like in a dental waiting room also I noticed that the size of the pizzas shrunk consummation 2/10
After a truly awful visit to Bistrot Pierre in Birmingham last week, I had low expectations, with all the problems with staff shortages etc at the moment, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. Thank...you!
The pizza was extremely overpriced at £13.99 each and was so thin that it turned into a soggy mess. There were also very few toppings on it. To add to my disappointment, when I tried to pay the bill with a gift card that had the restaurant's logo on it, they refused to accept it. This left me with no choice but to pay the high bill for food and an atmosphere that I did not enjoy.
