We ordered a box of four doughnuts, which were delicious and met the usual Krispy Kreme standard of quality. The restaurant also offers items like mugs and flasks, although the selection is limited due to the small size of the store. The staff was friendly and the place appeared to be clean.

Chloe was kind and explained the promotional offer of buy one get one free, the reward system, earning points, and using the app to access deals. Although I had trouble reactivating my app, Chloe was patient and helpful. The display was clean and organized, and the variety of gifts was impressive. I will be bringing my son to the store on his 7th birthday to buy doughnuts, a water bottle, a mini tin, and a milkshake. This will be our new go-to spot, much better than the supermarket. Fantastic service!

When the young lady returned to me, she told me they had none left and WALKED OFF. Her attitude has disgusting, and if she was my daughter i'd be mortified with her lack of manners. Never to return to Solihull Krispy Kremes.

They may not be as fresh as the ones you can get in Birmingham, as these are sent from another store, but the staff are always friendly and helpful, and there is a wide selection to choose from. Sometimes they do run out of certain doughnuts.

This is up to usual Krispy Kreme standards. Great doughnuts.
