Michelle was extremely attentive and helpful.
I had a wonderful dining experience with my children, who managed to finish their sizable portions. The service provided by the charming Sam was exceptional.
Adam and Beth provided us with excellent service today, always smiling. The food prepared by the kitchen team at Greswolde Arms was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.
Nice atmosphere in the main lounge to relax and have a delicious cup of coffee at a very reasonable price, served by pleasant, friendly staff. Our group meet here on a monthly basis to catch up and always find it a pleasant experience.

Had a great time yesterday at The Gresworlde Arms, Sunday roast was delicious and service was excellent from the two young girls in the restaurant they were efficient and polite. Great Experience.
The food is amazing and the beds are so comfortable it is also very quiet at night I loved it so much.
We arrived for a Sunday lunch. And decided to sit at the bar. My husband ordered a starter. It came within ten mins. We then waited for 4o minutes for our meal. I queried as to why the wait. Only to be told we had to let them know when we were ready. Bit annoyed as we weren't told Wen we arrived. Anyway it arrived without stuffing, parsnips and roast potatoes or Yorkshire pudding. Again enquired why no Yorkshire was told probably not on menu. Then they came out 5 mins later warmed up in microwave. Another couple sat at bar and asked what procedure was they got served at table. Again questioned why. Customers said they'd asked. Had no issue with that. Just everyone had been told different things. I had a quiet word with manager who was great. Just explained they'd need to be clearer and consistent with their policy and let us know. My husband is head chef at a greene King pub and they don't operate this policy
Lovely dinner on Thursday evening of bbq chicken strips and venison cheek. Had excellent service from Broona, who was very smiley and professional- we even remarked how nicely she poured the wine. We will be back! :
Because it’s on our doorstep we took my visiting daughter and son in law for brunch. Unfortunately it was not very good. Food arrived in dribs and drabs followed some time later by the cutlery. Poached eggs were rock hard,toast was not toasted,bacon was half cooked and sausages tasteless. A request for brown sauce(not unreasonable with a cooked breakfast) was met with « we don’t have any » We will be walking past the Greswolde rather than into it in future. Shame.

Embedded for Sunday dinner after nec visit after reviews in other pubs in knowle and the greswolde arms is the best option in knowle city center with easy parking and good eating and beer to reasonable trips.. personal are friendly and attentive and ambience/decor is on the market.
The greswolde poor are perhaps the best tavern I've ever been. (believes, I was with some) the service is next to no one. friendly staff at the turn. (may I give danielle, ryan and joanne a huge scream that has made the experience phenomenal) the food is from this world, again a massive scream to the chef! I need something about the selection of the beautiful camps. let's put it on this way, we visited the first time to see what this place was and after the first visit have now booked our high time here for august! if I could add an additional star, I would really! I could not recommend this place anymore! exceptional!
A warm welcome and great service from Aaliyah an Lydia today! Rump steak cooked to perfection. Grilled seafood platter and Salad with grilled Salmon also superb! Mocha torte delicious! Would recommend and keen to return to try other dishes,;
Very enjoyable stay. Loved the burgers and fish and chips! Also loved the apple and blackberry crumble! Room comfortable too. Would be 5 if sky sports and/ or BT sport were available.
Really smart in the bar area and the coffee was lovely. However if you need to use the loo it's a real squash. I'm a larger lady but not huge and I could hardly get into a cubicle. Also the loos were really dirty. Not what you need after 3 coffees unfortunately
