However, we were slightly dissatisfied because it seemed like they were understaffed and dirty dishes were not cleared promptly.

The restaurant appeared very inviting and the staff were fantastic. We both ordered fish and chips but one of the dishes was not fully cooked. The staff handled... read more The restaurant appeared very inviting and the staff were fantastic. We both ordered fish and chips but one of the dishes was not fully cooked. The staff handled the situation perfectly by quickly preparing a fresh dish and removing the cost from our bill. I would give them a perfect 10/10. It's unclear why the dish wasn't cooked properly, but I cannot fault the front of house staff who remained positive despite the hiccup.
