One of our party ordered soft tacos with chipotle prawns and avocado salsa , what she got was hard crispy tacos, herb prawns and no avocado salsa. By the time we had found a waiter that spoke english the others in the party had finished and so she went without a starter. View all feedback.

The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Our waiter, Pedro, was exceptional - welcoming and helpful, a refreshing change from the sometimes unwelcoming hospitality staff. The steak was cooked perfectly and the tagine was flavorful. The creme brulee was indulgent and the merlot wine was excellent. Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, it was well worth the wait. The prices were comparable to other airport hotel restaurants. Overall, it was a great start to our holiday the following day.
Good service pleasant restaurant nice ambiance. Fair choice of food . I had a vegetarian dish of tagliatelle with creamed spinach , mushroom and cheese , very tasty, pasta just right , side dish of mixed vegetables were also correctly cooked . The desert was a strawberry mousse confection which was super . Not busy so really no need to reserve a table . I was staying elsewhere but was wanting a better meal than could be had at the Ibis next door . Wine by the glass but £9 a glass was expensive .
Had a couple of meals at this hotel restaurant, always found the food and service to be an excellent standard. Staff always happy to help and the food was really nice, quite expensive but whats expected for a novotel.
Have a quiet sip or three here at least 8 times a year as we travel in and out of Birmingham International. Good range available, and excellent service. Last visit 12 days ago the Bar Manager got my partner another drink while, sitting alone while I was on a phone call, and did NOT charge me when I settled the tab. Now that IS good service. We will certainly be back!
The servers were very friendly, the food was excellent and arrived quickly after ordering. The prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
