The menu at this restaurant is somewhat limited, but adequate. The service in the restaurant is good and the food is fresh, hot, and enjoyable. They also offer a separate gluten-free menu. I recommend dining in the restaurant as the same food is available in the bar area, but it can be a bit chaotic there. View all feedback.
What deborah050 doesn't like about Elements:
One of our party ordered soft tacos with chipotle prawns and avocado salsa , what she got was hard crispy tacos, herb prawns and no avocado salsa. By the time we had found a waiter that spoke english the others in the party had finished and so she went without a starter. View all feedback.
The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Our waiter, Pedro, was exceptional - welcoming and helpful, a refreshing change from the sometimes unwelcoming hospitality staff. The steak was cooked perfectly and the tagine was flavorful. The creme brulee was indulgent and the merlot wine was excellent. Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, it was well worth the wait. The prices were comparable to other airport hotel restaurants. Overall, it was a great start to our holiday the following day.
The servers were very friendly, the food was excellent and arrived quickly after ordering. The prices were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is part of the Novotel at Birmingham Airport. There is also a bar where there is less formal dining. Had Tagine and colleague vegetarian curry. Both very good. Tasty. Great service. Didn’t need to book but worth checking as not particularly large restaurant. Good food from hotel (generally not the case I find)
Good service pleasant restaurant nice ambiance. Fair choice of food . I had a vegetarian dish of tagliatelle with creamed spinach , mushroom and cheese , very tasty, pasta just right , side dish of mixed vegetables were also correctly cooked . The desert was a strawberry mousse confection which was super . Not busy so really no need to reserve a table . I was staying elsewhere but was wanting a better meal than could be had at the Ibis next door . Wine by the glass but £9 a glass was expensive .
