Our waiter, Pedro, was exceptional - welcoming and helpful, a refreshing change from the sometimes unwelcoming hospitality staff. The steak was cooked perfectly and the tagine was flavorful. The creme brulee was indulgent and the merlot wine was excellent. Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, it was well worth the wait. The prices were comparable to other airport hotel restaurants. Overall, it was a great start to our holiday the following day.

I had a vegetarian dish of tagliatelle with creamed spinach , mushroom and cheese , very tasty, pasta just right , side dish of mixed vegetables were also correctly cooked . The desert was a strawberry mousse confection which was super . Not busy so really no need to reserve a table . I was staying elsewhere but was wanting a better meal than could be had at the Ibis next door . Wine by the glass but £9 a glass was expensive .

Last vi... read more Have a quiet sip or three here at least 8 times a year as we travel in and out of Birmingham International. Good range available, and excellent service. Last visit 12 days ago the Bar Manager got my partner another drink while, sitting alone while I was on a phone call, and did NOT charge me when I settled the tab. Now that IS good service. We will certainly be back!
