Description
Recent feedback highlights a stark divide in experiences at a local Chinese restaurant. Many patrons reported significant service issues, including lengthy delivery times, incorrect orders, and cold, stale food that left diners frustrated. Complaints also surfaced about poor taste and quality, with some dishes described as "horrible" and "bland." Conversely, positive reviews extolled the virtues of another establishment, lauding generous portions and flavorful dishes at competitive prices. The contrast in quality and service underscores the importance of consistent culinary standards, leaving customers pondering where to satisfy their craving for Chinese cuisine.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered online and it took 90 minutes for the delivery to arrive, and they still managed to forget an item. I will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered food at 6pm and it arrived over an hour and a half late. The food was completely cold, the chips were extremely hard, and the duck was dry. The chow mein was bland as well. I was very disappointed and will not be spending my money there again.
We ordered our food they told us that it would be 1hr. I rang after 1hr 20mins, told me its now being cooked. Rang again after another 40mins told it was on its..now 2 hours after order placed. Told them to cancel the order. My children were hungry. This is not the first time this year that i have had a really long wait for food from here. We have ordered from here for years and I think it has changed hands. Avoid unless you want to be hungry.
Ordered a delivery tonight, quick delivery, hot tasty food, the satay skewer starter is awesome, great service and food many thanks
I recently left a review about a very poor meal that I had from another Chinese takeaway in Halesowen. Tonight I went to the China Chef. I went for their set meal for one number 1B. This consists of beef in black bean sauce, six sweet and sour king prawns, a pot of sweet and sour sauce, a portion of fried rice and they threw in prawn crackers for free. Easily enough food for two people, if you have a big appetite order one more carton of fried rice. Really tasty food, at £8.30 it's over a pound cheaper than the other place. This really is a case of chalk and cheese.
