Burger King - Soledad

Overall, everything was pretty good. However, my Whopper came with bacon, which I didn't ask for, and the Original Chicken Sandwich had quite a bit of mayo. Aside from that, this was one of the best orders I've had. The food arrived hot, not stale or cold, and my soda was fresh and fizzy, not flat.

This Burger King is always missing something on thier menu.....It's either ice, lettuce, cheese .. what's going on ? Time for new management in my opinion because something isn't right. This Burger King was never short on supplies that are required to run it properly. This is the only burger king I know of that runs out of items that are a must.

Tonight, I faced another issue. They told me they were out of meat patties for my two Whopper Juniors. I asked my DoorDash driver to request an ordinary Whopper instead, since they had the meat available for that. The employee made a big deal out of it, insisting it couldn't be done because the price difference was over $2, and they would have to cancel and re-enter my entire order to accommodate the change. While my driver was on the phone with me in the drive-thru, I checked the DoorDash receipt and pointed out that the actual price difference was only 29 cents, which would actually benefit the restaurant. Essentially, I would be paying an extra 29 cents for them to make one Whopper to complete my order since they couldn’t keep the smaller Whopper Junior patties in stock. Eventually, they agreed to my suggestion, but their attitude remained dismissive and confrontational with my DoorDash driver. It seems like management is either not present or ineffective. Staff should be trained to communicate these types of concerns to management rather than trying to dismiss them right away. Management should also make an effort to resolve issues like this, especially since stock shortages happen so frequently.

No fries or onions rings available flat soda like all the other reviews mention. Its as bad as everyone said it is. Missing sauces for nuggets

The Coke I received with my order tasted terrible, and I couldn't drink it. I ended up paying nearly $4 for a drink that I had to throw away. This has happened to me twice at Burger King now.
