Our food was served, but when it came to the Halo Halo, it was lacking flavor and milk. I requested some extra milk, but the staff informed me they couldn't provide more because they had to measure it. I mentioned that the Halo Halo tasted bland, and if they couldn't add extra milk, I would simply buy another one, but all I needed was the milk. After some hesitation, they eventually agreed to add milk to the Halo Halo. I must point out that we ordered for eight people, and our bill totaled over 1,300 pesos. While I don't mind the cost, it seems unreasonable to be stingy with a little milk. This place could greatly benefit from some customer service training.
