I wanted to introduce my kids from Australia to CK, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The staff lost track of our order, and the food was just mediocre. But then again, what can you expect from a fast food franchise? It is what it is. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The sweet and sour fish with rice is too sweet and salty it's not sour at all! And the first bite of the chicken, the flour is immediately terrible. They lack the crew and kudos to the guard who helps the crew to serve and the service takes a long time but that's a given. It's difficult for the crew to serve so it takes longer because the number card is missing and the buzzer is not buzzing useless and the atmosphere it's not good at all! Service: Dine in
