The service was mediocre at best, with a rating of 2 out of 5. Additionally, the atmosphere left much to be desired, also earning a score of 2 out of 5. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this restaurant was not enjoyable.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell the air conditioning isn't working. There were so many people fanning themselves because it's so hot and humid inside. 2. The women’s restroom was out of order. I'm not sure if it was just bad luck on my part or if it’s been broken for a while, but they really need to prioritize fixing it. I was forced to use the men’s restroom instead because I had no other choice. When I asked for tissue, the staff told me they didn’t have any available. 3. I requested a container for gravy from what appeared to be the manager, as she was in a different uniform. She handed me a bowl that was wet with water, and water was dripping from it. I had to wipe it down myself. 4. The famous KFC gravy was so watered down that it had no flavor. 5. The Fun Shots meal and Chicken Chops we ordered tasted like they had been fried in old cooking oil. The rice was hot, but the chicken was cold. It came with mushroom soup, which also tasted like water. 6. The tray was dirty and had no liner; it definitely needs to be replaced. 7. The overall store seems to be in need of renovation. I’m not writing this review to bash the restaurant, but rather to provide feedback for improvement. I’m from Manila and, although I don’t want to make comparisons, I was really disappointed with this branch. Make sure to deliver a finger-lickin' good experience, guys! Don't let Colonel Sanders down.

We usually... read more I had a very disappointing experience with the service at KFC. This is not the first time we've ordered, and each time our order has been incomplete. We usually trust the staff to get it right, but we've learned our lesson. The Zinger bread was stale, the Twister was only half-filled, and the drinks were filled just two-thirds of the way with ice. To make matters worse, no one bothered to clean the tables. I'm seriously reconsidering whether I want to order from KFC again! Service: Takeaway, Meal type: Lunch.

The leftover foods shouldn't be on an open space. It is already pandemic and it would be best and more comfortable if there's no flies inside the dining areas.
