The restaurant is quite dirty and disorganized. The restrooms are also clogged and not well-maintained. The staff were unfriendly and made us wait for about 10 minutes before taking our orders. The cleaning service was very slow. I definitely won't be returning. Just an opinion and suggestion, KFC Solano will be a better place if customers can't smell the toilet area. Restroom should be cleaned. The leftover foods shouldn't be on an open space. It is already pandemic and it would be best and more comfortable if there's no flies inside the dining areas. Cleanliness and sanitation is very important in every food chain. Needs a bit of cleaning. Chicken is a bit salty. Twister is too loose. Chicken are a tad on the smaller side. Food cooked is not consistent based on a twice a week customer when on vacation to this province. Needs a bit of food serving improvement. Chicken is too oily but hey that's KFC for ya.
