The locals eat here, coming straight off their fishing boats and we could have eaten there every night. Outstanding!

I or... read more My partner and I visited this restaurant during our trip to Sointula based on recommendations. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the food. I ordered a burger and fries, but the burger was bland and tasted like it was store-bought. The toppings were decent, but the overall quality of the burger was terrible. I also ordered a side of gravy, but what I received was like meat water. My partner ordered the halibut and chips, but was shocked to find that the fish was only 4 inches long for $18.00. The portion size was extremely small and not worth the price. Although the service was fast, it did not make up for the disappointing meal. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

A side of fries, onion rings or coleslaw come with the burgers.

The Halibut and chips were very good. Homemade fries are rare these days and these were very good. We were in search of a local meal and decided to treat ourselves... read more I hadn't planned on visiting Sointula, but ended up there because of a rainstorm while camping. We were in search of a local meal and decided to treat ourselves with the Halibut burger. It was worth it! The burger was absolutely delicious and I would definitely order it again.
