The only thing missing is vegan cheese, but hopefully they'll have it in the future. My only wish is that they had indoor seating so I could enjoy my salad in peace. If you're looking for a place to eat your salad, I highly recommend the dining room at the Mall Sofia nearby. Overall, I definitely recommend this place!

While they don't have tofu or vegan cheese yet, the options available are still worth trying. The only downside is the lack of indoor seating, but the nearby food court at Mall Sofia is a great alternative. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for salad lovers.
