They carefully select natural and locally grown ingredients for their desserts. They offer a wide variety of vegan options and always have almond or coconut milk available for espresso or cappuccino. Cake Lab created a delicious vegan coconut cake for my birthday, and they are willing to make special pastries for any occasion.
