Was Anonym at Cafe Parallel 43 a mag?
what an amazing experience it started with the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever eaten. roasted hazelnut crust with a raw kacao, cashew, maple syrup and salt filling. we also had a cappucchino with hazelnut milk and a hazelnut banana cookie. The foam is water cleaned and free for everyone. as a main dish we shared the rice pancake with smoked Cashew cheese, avocado, green leaves and tomaten and the green hummus... View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Cafe Parallel 43:
Spacious and elegant restaurant catering to wealthy clientele. The cashier was rude, displayed classist attitudes, and did not support wearing masks. This review was last updated on May 27, 2022. View all feedback.

Great place for rich people. Rude classist antimasker cashier (I think they could have been the owner? . Do not support that. Updated by previous rating on 2022-05-27

Just outside the Yushen Park. Up a spiral staircase to the ground over road level. Their name appears to be 43 [degree symbol]; I did not see “Parallel 43” used. You have an English menu, at least with the plate names, if not the ingredients. Only some items are vegan. It is self-service: After ordering and payment, make sure that your meals appear on the glass cabinet and take your own table afterwards. Desserts are displayed in the closet, several selected vegans, cheese cakes, muffins, etc. Coffee, teas and drinks are available. There are more tables outside, street side. I had folded the rice cake over salad with avocado sauce, dipped with a good mustard sauce. A vegan muffin, black in color and hearty, not sweet.

What an amazing experience It started with the probably most delicious chocolate cake I ever ate. Roasted hazelnut crust with a raw cacao, cashew, maple syrup and salt filling. We also had a cappucchino with hazelnutmilk and a hazelnut banana cookie. Loved the foam Water is purified and free for everybody. As a main dish we shared the rice pancake with smoked cashew cheese, avocado, green leaves and tomatoes and the green hummus with spinach, mint, hemp seeds, and homemade spelt crackers. Half of the menu is vegan, the other half vegetarian. Will definitely come back next time we are in Sofia :

This place is a gem in a very carnivorous town. Friendly, patient staff all speak English, so don’t be frightened by the menu being in Bulgarian they’ll run through descriptions of dishes, make recommendations, google unclear ingredient words from the register. And the food is amazing, it’s not just the warm vibe and friendly atmosphere. Phenomenal vegan desserts!

This place is literally a paradise in the heart of Sofia. Well thought out dishes, satisfying your body mind and soul. Highly recommend the coconut matcha latte and basically everything on the menu. There’s many gf options for those who are intolerant like myself! The owner is also very welcoming and passionate. Bravo!
