what an amazing experience it started with the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever eaten. roasted hazelnut crust with a raw kacao, cashew, maple syrup and salt filling. we also had a cappucchino with hazelnut milk and a hazelnut banana cookie. The foam is water cleaned and free for everyone. as a main dish we shared the rice pancake with smoked Cashew cheese, avocado, green leaves and tomaten and the green hummus... View all feedback.

Eating was very delicious and the personal is amazing

This restaurant is located just outside Yushen Park and can be accessed by a high spiral staircase above road level. It seems to be named 43 Degrees, as I did not see the name "Parallel 43" used. They offer an English menu, at least with the dish names, if not the ingredients. Only some items on the menu are vegan. It is a self-service restaurant; after ordering and paying, customers can see their meals displayed in a glass cabinet and then bus their own table. Desserts are also displayed in the cabinet, with several labeled as vegan such as cheesecake and muffins. Coffee, tea, and other drinks are available as well. There are more tables outside along the street. I tried the folded rice pancake with avocado bites and a flavorful sauce, as well as a vegan muffin that was black in color and hearty, but not too sweet.

The menu is constantly changing but one thing remains the same the quality and the deliciousness of the food! The lunch options are tasty and healthy. And the raw cakes will keep you coming back! One of my favourite places in Sofia. For coffee, for lunch, for happiness.
