Such a wonderful change from chain hotels, this great experience started with being shown to my room - can't remember when that last happened. Dinner and breakfast were great and the room (in a separate building) was more like an apartment. I recommend it highly!
Dropped on here by chance. Had a very comfortable stay after a warm welcome. The inn was built in 1304 and is kept spotlessly clean. We had an excellent evening meal from a very extensive menu. A charming place.
Our last meal in Soest. Had forgotten how limited German menus can be ... then we found this little gem. Different choices, particularly fish. We had the tuna steaks which were really big and meaty. Daughter had the duck. Sat in the garden, great atmosphere, great service. Clientele slightly older and more well to do which explains the good quality. They also have accommodation which we might try next time.
Very clean room and excellent, modern bath room. Great ambiance as well. We ate at their restaurant, at their patio out back, and the service was wonderful and the food was great! Overall a great experience!
Very nice hotel in the town with only 14 rooms but very big inside, nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend a week end here.
