Stallwies Alm - Sölden

After a nice 90min walk from Sölden we arrived at this gem of a restaurant. The views are absolutely worth the walk. We ordered the gulasch suppe and it arrived at our table within minutes... which was good because the walk made us hungry. Service was very friendly. Make sure you sit on the outside terrace if the weather permits. It is also very nice alpine atmosphere inside.

In the afternoon it went to skiing to hike up the mountain to the Stallwies Alm. It was very traditional and cozy and the service was very fast and friendly. It was not a simple walk in the deep snow, it took us about 1 hour...45 minutes, but it was pretty good sign released and the views from above were beautiful. worth a trip if you have a free time in Solden.

It was not an easy walk in the deep snow - it took us about 1 hour 45 mins, but it was quite well sign posted and the views from the top were lovely. worth a trip if you have some spare time in Solden.
