Wildwood - Sodankylae

Visited when it was quiet between Xmas and new year. Dedicated vegan menu card with pizzas and a Beyond Meat burger and chips. I had the sorbet and berries dessert which had two scoops and berries which was fine.

They don’t have many vegetarian/vegan meals, but those are clearly marked as vegetarian/vegan. I had the vegan Beyond Meat burger with vegan brioche bun, vegan mayo and vegan cheese, which was very nice. The dessert was a bit of a letdown as the raspberry sorbet consisted of only one little scoop and didn’t have the berries as described on the menu on it. They took it back to the kitchen and added a couple of small berries. At £4.30 that’s not good value. The staff seemed a bit chaotic, maybe they were overwhelmed by the amount of Remembrance Sunday customers.

A great place to eat, with great friendly service. The food was good, we had the lunch menu. The portions are on the money for men, woman was happy with her. Enjoy a nice relaxing lunch, would certainly recommend

Went at lunch time and had the most amazing food ever. The lunch time special is well worth the money. The bread is divine as a starter. The burgers are amazing. Would highly recommend a visit if your in Salisbury

Very good for gluten free. the menu has many gluten free foods, and lots of other meals can be made gluten free with care being taken to avoid cross contamination. service was great i was offered gluten free bread even though it wasn’t on the menu. overall very good
