I was in Social Circle for a sporting event for my child and ate here twice during the week. The food and service were surprisingly good. Dinged a star because 2 employees on break (not eating, just sitting) were taking up a table each, resulting in us having to eat in our car, as all the other tables were taken with guests. I recently moved to the area a few months ago. I’ve been to all of the conyers locations in the past many times. I visited this location for the first time today mainly because I received coupons in the mail and this store is the closest to me now. There were 3 ladies working when I was there (unfortunately i did not catch any of their names) I have to say out of all of my subway visits the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a subway. Not to mention, I’ve ordered the same exact order for the past 13 years, and they made the best tasting sandwich for me. Thank you for being so kind and for providing amazing customer service.
Subway is bad enough onto itself, but this location is just godawful. Poor service doesn’t even begin to describe how sorry this location has become.
The place seems to be closed more than it's open anymore. Will Delete review if this is changed. Came during the stated opening hours but door was locked.
This is the second time I have been turned away by employees of this store within a week. I understand they are short handed and have changed their hours to 10-6. Last week I got there around 10:45 Am and the door was locked. I looked inside and there was a worker standing in the lobby on her cellphone. She looked at me and made a motion for me to go away. Tonight I got there around 5:40 pm. There was a worker standing in the open door. Talking with a customer who was getting in their car. I attempted to enter and she told me they were closed. She said they close at 6. I responded with it is 5:40. She then said that that was the last customer and locked the door in my face. Again I understand being shorthanded right now, but do not turn away customers during business hours that are posted online and on the door. I have lived here for 6 years and have spent a lot of money here. I will probably not be going back unless I have no other choice. I chose subway for convenience and price. If I drive just 10 minutes more I can go to a Jersey Mike's. Probably will do from now on due to this poor customer service.
