Very friendly service but very slow, especially when paying the bill: we have this unpleasant feeling of being transparent, that the waiters are looking away from us. It's a family establishment, which is always pleasant and the manager knows her menu like the back of her hand. The cuisine is good, with very good local products and I found the starter divine but the chicken in my dish was dry. Too bad because it could have been the best restaurant of the stay. For the prices, these are Corsican prices so expensive but given the quality it remains reasonable.

The dishes were very delicious, it was extraordinary homemade and contained incredients from the own garden! The atmosphere was incredible. A wonderful hidden garden/terrace with a spectacular view all over the valley. The service was excellent and friendly, we were a group of 10 and everybody enjoyed it a lot! The prices of the meals were absolutely fair (40 EUR for a 3 course menu). Nous avons passé une soirée très agrèable à A Menderella et remercions pour le magnifique dîner.
