Starbucks - Soboba

I try order Vinty dark coffee every other Fri and Sat around 5 am in hopes they do, but they never have dark, they only have pikes place medium roaste. So I have no choice but to settle for light roaste. No Bueno! ?

Everyone here is wonderful except Monica she 's is very rude. She was working drive through and was being rude when taking my order as well as I added a hot tea at the window and she yelled at me and said it was gonna be 15 minutes and to park upfront, which I did. She didn 't have to be rude nor disrespectful by yelling. she needs to go work else where with that attitude. Idk how she still has a job she 's very disrespectful.

I live near this StarBs and I wish I could say it was good service. It's literally as bad as the StarBs on San Jacinto and Esplanade. The drinks and food are prepared correctly but the disorganization and really slow service along with the homeless takeover inside have made me drive to State and Stetson. The employees are kind. Maybe a training session from a properly functioning store would be a good solution.

What would’ve been a quick pick up at the counter went to a 20 minute wait. It seems like the lobby always closed so you have to go through the drive thru but not like the app tells you and they way the drive thru set up it causes chaos in the parking
