So traveling through West... read more SKIP THE WHATABURGER IN SNYDER! First, let me say that we love Whataburger. We?ve been eating at their restaurants since they started! So traveling through West Texas we realized it was lunchtime as we exited Lubbock. We traveled a couple of hours notfinding anything worth stopping at even though we were hungry. Searching Google for options, we all chose Whataburger and werelooking forward to a good meal. We placed our order for dine in, and had a seat. Everyone before and after us received theirorders, and employees were milling about but still no order. Finally my husband went to check on it. Somehow they lost our orderand never noticed a group of four adults sitting there without food. For 30 minutes. They promised it would be out in 2 minutes.It was probably 5 but somehow two of the burgers were cold, as was an order of fries. My husband (who never complains) had achicken sandwich and declared it was the worst Whataburger he?s ever been to. You can tell when something is made with care, butit was clear our burgers were carelessly put together with all the onions in a bunch and lettuce haphazardly chunked in. This isclearly a management issue. Highly recommend you eat somewhere else in Snyder!

Service was fast. Staff were smiling and kind. Place was crowded at this time. Many, like I, had attended high school football game that night and that is why it must be crowed. Place was clean. It was hard to get straws,salt packaging pepper packaging, napkins ...etc. due to people ordering formed a line for one to order, there this problemexists
