We stopped at La Roca on our way through Snyder. This is a family owned authentic Mexican restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food was good. We had the chalupa combination, chalupa avocado, beef enchilada plate, chicken enchiladas and the las twins (for our girls). I've had their mexican food once and it was really good. We had breakfast there one morning before heading out of town and my western omelette didn't have ham, just lots of ground beef. I only ate half of it. I didn't want to send it back because it already took so long to get in the first place. The food here is excellent! The Mexican-style potatoes are amazing! If I lived in Snyder, I would come to this restaurant all the time. It's a great little place with top-notch service.

This restaurant is the BEST!, Everything is super clean, the staff and owners are so very nice and the food....AMAZING! Chips are homemade, salsa homemade and every plate on the menu...Definitely worth the drive to this Mexican café for a meal, the best Mexican food I have ever tasted! Love this place!
Delicious!! Food was great, restaurant was clean and our waitress was really nice. This place had a cozy feel, too. Coming from out of town, and this place felt very welcoming.
