I miss Gywn's. Same day 2 pm late lunch booking at Alpine Room (once we figured out the QR code and app was the only way to book, even as the hostess was standing there). It felt like Skico encouages their staff to coddle the champagne crowd and merely tolerate the family of 4 adults who order sparkling waters and lemonades Food was okay. Burger a better bet than chicken schnitzel, which was dry. Waiter was decent but disappeared when we were ready to pay. Maybe try to get an earlier rez? All about location, right? Wow! Legit real fine dining food and normal price!!! Best ski lunch so far. Black Forest cake is exceptional! Highly recommended.

Visited on March 3rd, 2022. I recommend to make a reservation in advance,which we did so we were seated immediately. Lovely new addition to Snowmass's dining scene. We loved everything: smoked trout rillettes, crispy beef battered cod schtrudel, except chicken schnitzel. Clean, tranquil space.
