The Stew Pot - Snowmass Village

A bit disappointed about the missing vegan suppen options. the only vegan option was the veggie chili, which was a good herzhafter stew, but tasted nothing like chili. the special was veggie zwiebel suppe, but it is made with animal broth. I hope the other vegkopfs ask about it. there are wrap and salad options — just ask for items to be made vegan.

The stew pot is the oldest restaurant in the snowmass village. we sat at the top of the big window. many original character to the building, which means that there is a charm at the place without doubt. very happy that she had vegan chili after a day in the cold. we tried: vegan chili plate: a burrito with vegan chili (cot cheese and acidic cream) in a spinat tortilla. topped with avocado and salsa. came with a large salat. becher chili. the vegan chili was so good that we had to order more. hard on the beans and easy on the sweet side spinat salat with mushrooms (without cheese) except good eating and open beautiful ambiente up, everyone was really nice. However, it must be pointed out that they sell lamb.

Large vegan chili (if ordered without cheese) and fresh salads. some vegetarian soup options in the regular also on the daily menu. very good Mediterranean salad (can be modified to make vegan.)

I ate in the stew pot during the stay in the snowmass village after a recommendation from my hotel. although the restaurant serves meat, it has several vegetarian options and welcomes vegans by eating / removing kanu. each section of the menu includes vegetarian options, so there is a selection of sandwiches, salads and a large vegetarian chili. I recommend the portobello mushroom panini with avocado added. only the part is the prices, but in the area aspen snowmass is nothing cheap.
