My orders are usually accurate, but they often seem to be understaffed, with sometimes just one person managing everything. This impacts the service rating. I haven't dined in, so I can't comment on the atmosphere, and there have been times when I've had to wait for food. The longest I've waited in the drive-thru was over 20 minutes, but most of the time it’s under 5. However, the consistency of my orders and the quality of the food have elevated my overall rating.

Inside the store. Spicy chicken sandwich and nugget big box meal was one of the things I ordered. No nuggets, no drink. Was assured everything was in the bag. The big box meal wasn’t in a box. Just items in the bag. I got a sandwich and fries out of that big box meal. Garbage.I called the store twice to let them know. No answer and no voicemail.
