I've been visiting this restaurant for just over a year, and I originally loved it for their handmade sandwiches, especially compared to other places that serve frozen or microwaved options. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed during my last five visits. I've received the wrong sandwich several times, which has been quite frustrating. I really hope things improve moving forward because I truly enjoy this place.
My impression here is that due to the incredibly high turnover rate of their employees, nobody is ever properly trained. As a result, service is continually slow. Orders are constantly incorrect, and you have to leave your vehicle to go in and remind them that you've been waiting 20 minutes for your order. I'm done coming here.
If this place wasn’t so inconsistent I would enjoy it a lot more. I ordered a 20 oz creamsicle and was given a smaller size but was charged for the larger. I mentioned this to the older lady working who had shorter dark hair and she just rolled her eyes at me. I’ve ordered their burrito multiple times, and it’s size varies depending on who makes it. If you can handle waiting 10-15 minutes even without a line for breakfast you probably won’t be disappointed.
The service has gone down hill. I realize it's busy on a Saturday at 2 but it gives no right to treat customers rudely. Short girl had a attitude the whole time and didn't even have any common courtesy. I won't be supporting this stand any longer. Teach your employees customer service if you want people to come back or even give them tips.
I love the cold drinks at this restaurant. They have a great selection of deli items and a variety of drinks to choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
At this bustling local eatery, experiences can vary dramatically. While some patrons rave about the delightful breakfast sandwiches and impressive selection of cold drinks, others express frustration over declining service standards and inconsistent order fulfillment. Friendly staff members are often praised, especially during busy hours, yet occasional rudeness detracts from the overall experience. Many visitors appreciate the delicious food enough to return frequently, highlighting the restaurant’s charm and community connection. However, the inconsistency in portion sizes and quality raises concerns for some. Overall, this restaurant remains a mixed bag, with potential for improvement in service and consistency.

I ordered 1 drink and was given one price at the first window and paid. After a 10 minute wait got to the 2nd window where she rang up my drink again with a different price and still was waiting to have it made. Usually they always make great drinks herebut my Carmel mocha shake was white and tasted like Carmel and vanilla. 16 Oz was 6.50
I began visiting this restaurant a little over a year ago and was really pleased with it, especially since they make their sandwiches by hand, unlike many places that rely on microwaving frozen items. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed during my last five visits. My girlfriend has received the wrong drink, and I’ve ended up with completely different sandwiches from what I ordered. Despite these issues, I genuinely hope for a better experience in the future because I really do enjoy this place.
This is a fantastic little spot for a latte or a sandwich. Their sandwiches are quite substantial. They also offer a generous serving of oatmeal. The standout item on the menu is the McDaddy—a glorious breakfast sandwich featuring egg, cheese, sausage, and ham. It's absolutely amazing! The staff is well-equipped to handle the busy drive-thru, and they maintain a great attitude even during the rush.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but the food is delicious. Their homemade soups are fantastic, and the French dip is spot on. The breakfast sandwiches are also excellent. Everything I've tried has been great!
Ordered a philly cheese sandwich, no peppers and a frappuccino. asked for the normal chips. No chips, peppers on the sandwich (which was Dry! and got a frappuccino flavor which I was allergic to. No input on that whatsoever. Lady at the window hadjust the right mixture of pushy and incompetent and I forced myself to leave before anger colored my words. I'm not entirelycertain what happened, but this place used to be amazing. Not going back there again.
