Description

Cunios offers a cozy, casual dining experience with flavorful dishes like Philly Pulled Pork sandwiches, fish and chips, and jalapeño corn chowder receiving high praise. The menu features a diverse range, from tender steak to seasonal desserts, satisfying many palates. However, some diners find prices steep for the quality and portions, noting the self-service style and limited table service as drawbacks. While the ambiance is modest, the restaurant’s location and community appeal add charm. Overall, Cunios is a promising spot for those seeking comfort food with bold flavors, though budget-conscious patrons might want to weigh the cost carefully.

Cunios. Where do I even begin. I should start by saying this, I don?t have a problem spending money on food?.BUT it has to be worth it. Cunios is ridiculously overpriced, considering they are serving you sub-par food with plastic forks and plates fortheir ?Dine-In? experience! I will say this, I haven?t tried the entire menu, but I will at least speak to the salads. Firstof, 21-25$ for a salad is what you will be paying so you can imagine the other menu items are no different. The salads tastefine, but they aren?t worth more than 14$. As a bonus, you can also buy a flavorless chicken poppers appetizer for 15$ to topoff your experience. Cunios prices act as if they have a 4-5 star dining experience like Daniels Broiler. What you get insteadis average food served with plastic. There are plenty of other places to choose from that will give you better food and pricesthan Cunios! Save your money and go somewhere else. For 80$ at Cunios, you get average food at best, all self service, andenjoy the nice views of some gas pumps. I can think of multiple places with a water view with better food for 80$? save yourmoney.

I wouldn't consider spending $16 on five overcooked shrimp to be worthwhile. However, my sliders and my partner's burger were quite tasty. The pumpkin spice bread pudding I tried was underwhelming; the flavors didn't really mesh well. On the positive side, the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, along with a great selection of draft beers. The service was rather minimal since you order at the counter and choose your own table, and they don't check in on you, but that didn't bother me.

We visited Cunios for the first time and are already looking forward to coming back. My wife and I tried the Philly Pulled Pork sandwiches, and the portions were impressively large—definitely enough for a meal. We even brought some leftovers home for later. I’m sure we’ll be returning soon!

I popped in for a quick dinner and enjoyed the most incredible jalapeño corn chowder. My daughter chose the grilled salmon, and both dishes were fantastic! We also shared a crème brûlée, which was simply delightful!
