I would have appreciated being told that they had ran out of biscuits before I ordered rather than after. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes while additional biscuits cooked because I had already paid. View all feedback.

Food is good. We came inside to get our food because the drive thru was backed up. The people are friendly.
The staff here is very friendly, the food is amazing and the restaurant is very clean!!
People were in Jacks waiting on their food. The sign was still shining bright. The lights were on in the drive thru. I walk in to order and the girl as polite as she could said they were closed. When I worked in fast food if the door was unlocked and lights were on the customer got served. It isn't right but this is the kind of help some places have to hire because they have no choice.
Just driving through the area around 10am. Stopped to use the bathroom (which was passable) and noticed how quickly the drive through line was moving and how steadily the customers were pulling in. Decided to grab a biscuit and I can safely say that was the BEST Jacks biscuit I’ve ever had. Employees were also friendly.
Went through the drive through, they weren't really busy so it was pretty fast.The people were nice and personable.The food was fresh and hot. They forgot the ketchup but it was okay. It was good!Stop by the next time you're in Snead!!
