Fantastic seafood, very satisfied. Large fried shrimps, black gator and catfish, grilled catfish, everything was fantastic and much effort went into creating a beautiful atmosphere, this is not easy place where the owners went cheap on every occasion. The restaurant was closed on Labor Day weekend but did not take the time or trouble to change their voicemail message. Too bad for anyone who drove over. I've actually enjoyed Swamptails twice before. Their food is just fine nice for the tiny town they're in, they anchor their corner nicely. Atmosphere is very cozy. Servers very attentive to our needs. Food was not quite 'Cajun ' tasting. Not a whole lot of flavor, but not to say the food was not good quality.
Four of us ladies went out to eat there and the service was great. All of our food was wonderful and had fast friendly service. A really great place to eat. We will be going back for sure!!!
Ever since this place changed ownership it is TERRIBLE. There isn't ANYTHING Cajun about it anymore.
Great food, service and atmosphere. Excellent experience, will become a frequent spot.
Honestly, it's greasy food and not well seasoned. My family has tried it twice and both times it left us wishing we hadn't spent our money there.
