They dont answer t... read more I love wingstop, that being said, the Sam Ridley location hasn’t excepted online orders in days and even then it was the first time in weeks. They dont answer the phone and often close early. In fact, I’m next door at the Chinese restaurant now because wingstop said they had a 45 min wait….they had only been open for 15 minutes.

This one girl always has a attitude she’s very light skin don’t know her race but she always has a dumb blank look on her face. Always mess up you order somehow whether it’s forgetting the ranch or putting too much seasoning on the wings. Everytime I order Louisiana dry rub it’s like the cook dumps the whole bottle of seasoning on it. Feels like I’m going to get high blood pressure or something!!! Corn be dry and old they don’t care they just give u whatever they want!!! I definitely think this is my last time ordering from here !!!!

Have never had any issues. Today I ordered the 50 count with dipping sauces for delivery. Never got my sauces. Alsothe 3 flavors I got on my wings showed up with very little on it. The wings was over dry. And hard to eat. We trashed them. $67for 50 count, tip and delivery. And it was all wasted. I'll never order from this location again. I'd be lucky to get a refundat this point.

After multiple attempts to call in an order (mind you I'm driving from Nashville to Smryna, so it was about a 40 minute drive withtraffic) no answer. I arrive just to hear that they aren't taking walk in orders, and that I should have called in. Aftershowing the man at the counter that I did try and call, he told me that I should have used the app. This is complete non-senseand needs to be better managed asap or you will shut down. Will not be back, will not recommend, and will never spend anotherdollar at Wingstop.
