What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Sonic is consistently slow in service for a fast food restaurant. I placed an order through the app, but it took 15 minutes to receive our food, and to make matters worse, my BLT was missing the bacon. It was essentially just tomato and lettuce on toast! The staff at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! My order is always fresh, accurate, and delivered with a smile. This Sonic franchise is one of the best I have ever experienced, and I don't mind bypassing two or three other locations to come to this one. I can't praise this place enough! The late-night management, particularly Tristan, has always provided excellent service, making it a regular stop on my way home... View all feedback.
