Marcy and Toya were the employees who served us, and Marcy prepared my daughter's meal. We mentioned that it was our first visit to the restaurant, and she provided us with excellent customer service. The food was fantastic, the place was very clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. I’ve found my new favorite spot! They even offered gluten-free bread and a wide variety of drinks, along with great vegetarian options. My daughter, who is a vegetarian, loved her meal, and as a diabetic, I appreciated that the food was fresh and delicious. Overall, you've gained a new customer!

I tried this restaurant for the first time and I had a good experience. It's a sub shop, so I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal, but the food is tasty. I disagree with those who said the chicken salad lacked flavor; I thought it was quite good. However, the bread was a bit chewy, and I suspect that's because instead of toasting the subs properly, they used a microwave to heat them up, which affects the texture. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, but I think they should consider investing in a proper toaster and ditch the microwave for better bread quality.

Real Subs truly lives up to its name—these are REAL subs! I've been here three times, and each visit has been a delight. My food is always made correctly and presented neatly. The staff consistently wears gloves (and masks now), which is great to see. Plus, their organic fountain drinks are really delicious!
